Collecting Your Personal Data & Information

Personal Data

While using Our Portal, We may ask You to provide Us with certain information that can be used to contact or identify You.

Personally Identifiable Information such as e-mail address, name, physical address, telephone number, and billing and credit card information.
Registration information such as login name, password, email address, contact information, and billing and credit card information.

Usage Data

Your Usage Data will be collected automatically.

Browsing which includes information collected by the mere use of the website and is collected automatically such as IP Address, login information, browser type, and version, browser plug-in types and versions, device settings (i.e., language, time zone), device or similar IDs, operating System and Portal, Hardware Version, mobile operator, or ISP.
Information about Your visit which includes, the full URL, products or services the Client viewed or searched for, page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (i.e., scrolling, number of clicks, and mouse-overs), methods used to browse away from the page, and any phone number used to call our Client care.
Location data which includes specific geographic locations obtained through GPS, Bluetooth, or Wi-Fi signals, coordinates (latitude/longitude) of the Client’s location, current country or region, by referencing Your current IP address against public sources, and Client’s Identifier for Advertisers (IFA) code for Your Apple device, or the Android ID for Your Android device, or a similar device identifier.

Information Collected for Our Services

In order for You to benefit from Our Services, we will ask You and require You to insert Information on the Portal.
For Our Document Preparation Services, we collect and store the information You enter while generating or editing Your document (which may vary depending on the type of document You are preparing), as well as Your edited documents.
For our Company Identifier Service, we collect and store all the information You provide.
Communications which include any records of correspondence and communications if the user contacts UrNamu by email, phone calls, messages, etc., including information supplied if a Client reports a problem with the Portal.

Information from Third-Party Social Media Services

UrNamu allows You to create an account and log in to use the Portal through the following Third-party Social Media Services:

If You register through or otherwise grant us access to a Third-Party Social Media Service, We may collect Personal data that is already associated with Your Third-Party Social Media Service's account, such as Your name, Your email address, Your activities, or Your contact list associated with that account.

You may also have the option to share additional information with Us through Your Third-Party Social Media Service account. If You choose to provide such information and Personal Data, during registration or otherwise, You are giving the Company permission to use, share, and store it in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Using Your Personal Data & Information

We collect and use Your personal data and information to operate and improve our Services and deliver the Services You have requested.

We do not sell or lease its Client lists to third parties. We may, from time to time, contact You on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to You. In cases where You request us to do so, we will share Your personal information with trusted business partners so that they can offer You products or services that You've expressed interest in. In those cases, Your unique personally identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party without Your express consent.

We may share data with vendors or processors to help us perform statistical analysis, send You emails or postal mail, provide and process image capture, parsing, digital media content upload, processing and storing services, perform tasks required to complete a purchase transaction, provide Client support, or provide other types of Client relationship management and fulfillment.

We may also share information on Your use of our Site, such as pages visited, links clicked, non-sensitive text entered, and mouse movements, with third-party providers of web and application analytic services to enable Us to understand site usage, detect fraud and potential threats and improve its Services. All such third parties are prohibited from using Your personal information except to provide these Services, and they are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of Your information, although in some cases those third parties are allowed to use aggregated and de-identified data for the improvement of their services.

If You access our Services through a third party, and while doing so, You provide information to them, the third party may retain and use the information You provide according to their privacy policy. In such cases, the third party's use of Your personal information is governed by their privacy policy and not the UrNamu privacy policy.

We use tracking pixels and other technology to track the pages our Clients visit within our websites. This data is used to understand our Clients' needs, how Clients use our Services, improve our Services, and deliver customized content and recommendations to users whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area. Please note that any "do not track" signals sent by Your web browser or other mechanism do not affect the collection of personally identifiable information by UrNamu. We use third parties such as Google Analytics for data collection and analytics to collect, process, and store Your site usage and browser information on our behalf when You use our Services.

We use tracking to create remarketing audiences of users based on user behavior and visits to our website. UrNamu may also target these users with custom ads based on affinities/interests, and geographic and demographic signals. Users can opt out of some or all these advertising features by visiting Facebook's ad page, Google's opt-out page, or resources like the NAI consumer opt-out page.

We may use email addresses to target users with custom ads through third-party advertising platforms. UrNamu shares certain Client information described in Section 3 above with third parties to perform services (advertising) on our behalf.

Retention of Your Personal Data and Information

The information will be stored in UrNamu databases for the period of Your registration with UrNamu. After registration is terminated or expired, the information will be stored for 5 years and then destroyed unless the data is needed for recording an unfinished or disputed transaction or agreement between the Client and UrNamu. In such cases, the information will be stored until the finalization of the transaction or settlement of the dispute.

The information will be stored securely on Our Portal; We will ensure that appropriate security and protection systems are in place to secure the data.

If You opt-out from Us sending promotional updates and marketing, or object to any other processing of personal information, We may keep a record of the opt-out or objection to ensure that We respect Your direct marketing preferences.

We may also retain aggregate information beyond this time for research purposes and to help it develop and improve its services. Clients cannot be identified from aggregate information retained or used for these purposes.

Transfer of Your Personal Data and Information

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of Your jurisdiction.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.

Access, Change and Delete Information

Every Client has the legal right to access or change their personal information by logging into their account and editing the data fields there. You can modify or delete drafts, or delete completed documents, that You previously created on Your account.

Safeguarding Client Information

Every Client is responsible for safeguarding and preventing unauthorized access to the user information and passwords used to access our services. You, the Client agree not to disclose Your passwords to any third party and that You are solely responsible for any activity using Your account, whether or not You authorized it. In case of unauthorized use of Your account, You must notify Us immediately.

We are committed to ensuring the security of Your Personal Data and Information. We have set appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the Personal Data and Information collected to prevent unauthorized access to the Client's Personal Data and Information, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of Your personal data. We regularly review Our security measures to consider appropriate new technology and methods. Please be aware that, despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

We cannot guarantee the security of data while it is being transmitted to the Portal, so any transmission is at the Client’s own risk. Once We receive the information, we will take all the necessary measures as detailed above to preserve it.

When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.

The Portal may contain links to external sites. If Clients follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own policies such as this privacy policy. Please check their policies before You submit any personal data to these websites. We are not responsible to direct or advise the Client regarding the content and policies of such sites.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Policy may be updated from time to time and any updates will be posted on this page without prior notice. For substantive changes, You will receive a notification of the changes by email. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page, and we will update the “last updated” date on the top of the page.
